Job Description / Responsibility 

• Configuring and maintaining file server and mail server, Computer, installing & configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, computer hardware, software and networking problems.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of workstations over LAN/WAN with various anti-virus software.
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipments.
• Maintaining hardware and software inventory and assist in IT asset management.
• Knowledge of Network Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, PABX will be an added advantage. 

Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent. The candidates having Certificate in MCSE or CCNA will get preference.
